Founder of Art-in-Law, Samira Kaveh is a doctor of intellectual property law in France and a member of the Tehran bar as a lawyer, specializing in arts and culture law.
Based between Tehran and Paris, she brings a deep connection to the Iranian art scene. With a Master’s degree in the Law of Intellectual property from the University of Montpellier, her career began in curation and art consultancy, and she has contributed to significant exhibitions, including collaborations with the Musée National d’Art Moderne – Centre Pompidou, such as “Modernités Plurielles 1905-1970,” Granted the Scholar of “The History of the exhibitions” from Musée National d’art Moderne and with the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris on “Iran – Unedited History 1960-2014” exhibition.
Samira’s merge of legal and cultural insight is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting emerging and professional artists and expanding the impact of the arts through thoughtfully curated, multidimensional projects based on intellectual property law in France.
As the creative director and project manager at Art-in-Law, Shokoufeh Rahmati brings extensive experience and a dynamic approach to the arts and culture sector. With a foundation built at the prestigious “Incubator of the Institut Français de la Mode” in Paris, she blends innovative thinking with expertise in creative and strategic coaching with a passion for fostering creative entrepreneurship.
At Art-in-Law, Shokoufeh shapes the vision of each project, from coaching and creative management to strategic development and service design, she thrives to create pathways for emerging talents and their new platform.
